HAPPY HEALING BOUND MINI ALBUM | with Conny

Hey crafty friends!  This is Conny, and I'm here to share my latest project using Happy Healing.  Today, I'm going to show you how to create a 7.5" x 4" chipboard album and bind it using binding wire with the help of my Cinch tool.

To start, I cut two chipboard pieces measuring 7.5" x 4". Then, I used the Happy Healing Textured Cardstock in Lemon to wrap my chipboard. I used double-sided tape to secure the cardstock in place.

Next, I cut 10 pages for the inside of the album, each measuring 7.5" x 4". I also included some Silver Hearts acetate sheets to add a unique touch to my album.

To cover the lemon cardstock on the outside of the album, I used the plaid side of the Happy Heart paper as the background and added Bits & Pieces,  and the Bear Hugs Doodle Pop. For the back cover, I decided to use the Get Well Soon paper.

I decorated the inside of the album  with various Bits & Pieces, Odds & Ends and Chit Chat Pieces.. I created clusters of icon stickers to enhance the look. Additionally, I designed a pocket that measures 7.5" x 8" with a score mark at 4" and a diagonal cut at the 4" mark to 2 3/4".

I bound the album with my Cinch, but you could also used book rings. I hope this tutorial was helpful, and you can create your own beautiful album using these simple steps.

Have a great day!

HAPPY HEALING OUCH LAYOUT | with Jen

I'm not normally a layout girlie but when I say all the little band-aids in the Odds and Ends pack I knew what photo I needed to scrap!

I used the On The Mend paper as my base and added two borders from the Plaid You're Better border sheet. I added a strip from the Cross My Heart paper at the bottom. I used the Doodlebug Skinny alpha stickers in Lily White for part of my title.

I used this adorable big OUCH title from the Chit Chat pack and layered it with a couple of small Odds and Ends.

I matted my photo using the Cross My Heart paper. I used the Ouch journaling card from the Spot of Kindness cut-aparts. I added one of the All Better Doodle Pops over the band-aid at the bottom of the journaling card.

Nick handled his wipeout like a champ and went right back out to chase his cousins some more!  Have a great day!
